Ashan has a profound and broad expertise in store management, cluster management, overall retail management, profit management and loss/shrinkage prevention.

Prakash is a local retailer with over 40 years, experienced in manufacturing of garments and sourcing both locally and internationally. Praksh holds a Bachelor in Commerce (BCom) from Christ College Bangalore, India.
He is an expert in evaluating and minimizing the operational costs in context of driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience and achieving operational excellence in diverse retail environments.
